I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it was a convenient location and the rooms were spacious, they were a bit worn and could have been cleaner. The service was challenging to deal with, as they seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. On the bright side, the accessibility to local shops and restaurants was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.

I stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything in town, the rooms felt a bit outdated and dingy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference. Unfortunately, the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially in the breakfast department. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I feel like improvements could really enhance the experience.

7.8/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a great location with lots of shopping options nearby, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and offered good value for the price. While the staff was generally friendly, there were moments during checkout that felt less welcoming. Additionally, the presence of a smelly dumpster nearby was quite off-putting. Overall, it was a reasonably priced stay despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were huge for the price, spacious, and had a cozy southwest decor. I appreciated the kitchen amenities like the stove and fridge, which added to the value.
Service
7.0
The service was extra friendly and helpful during my stay, but there were some hiccups at checkout, requiring multiple calls to get sheets for the pull-out bed.
Location

The hotel's location was perfect for shopping, with many places within walking distance. However, the unpleasant smell from the dumpster nearby was a downside.

7.0/10

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a great location near various attractions. The suite I stayed in had a kitchen, which was a huge plus for cooking my own meals. However, I faced a few issues with the service, particularly regarding the misleading booking details and extra fees. Overall, while there were some downsides, the conveniences of the location and room amenities made it a satisfying stay.

Rooms
7.0
The suite was clean and had a kitchen, which I loved because it allowed me to cook instead of eating out all the time. However, it wasn't what I had confirmed initially since I was expecting two double beds instead of what I got.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit lacking. The staff was more focused on 'rewarding' us for attending a sales presentation than on providing clear information about our bookings, leading to some confusion.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic! It was close to the pool and hot tub, and within walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Sedona. It was a peaceful area to explore.
Dining
Facilities

While the pool and hot tub were conveniently located and well-maintained, I found the fees for the resort to be a bit high.

The hotel has beautiful grounds next to Oak Creek, but the rooms feel dated and could use a thorough cleaning. While the staff was generally friendly and helpful, there were some service hiccups, especially regarding additional charges. The location is great with easy access to attractions and amenities, but the extra fees can be off-putting considering what you get.

Rooms

The rooms were quite dated and worn, not ideal for my stay as they lacked the cleanliness I expected.
Service
